I’m Faith and I am the one pouring my heart and soul into this blog. 🙂
I am a crafty, nerdy athlete from Milwaukee. Back in the summer of 2016, I moved here for graduate school. I was determined to use my bachelor’s degree in psychology to become a counselor and eventually become a university professor. I love to write and I love to teach, it only seemed fit. My career path is what I expected of myself. It wasn’t until after a long stream of culminating life events I realized I wasn’t truly living the life that I had imagined. I realized I want to live, love, create, and go on incredible adventures, not work and study while trying to make time for all of those things on the side. It was in that moment that I decided to live the life that I had imagined!
This led to the start of the blog of my dreams: Real Life Imagined.
Even though I’m not going to go into counseling, I still have the dream to help others change their lives for the better. It has become my pursuit to use Real Life Imagined as my conduit for change and to help people live the lives that they have imagined!

Figuring out what works for you and what doesn’t is so important. My brain is wired in a unique way that makes me think outside of the box and come up with DIY projects, organization tricks, and wellness hacks that make my life easier and more beautiful. I want to share my own wellness hacks with you to inspire wellness hacks that are unique to your own imagined life!
Anyone who knows me at all knows that I LOVE FOOD. I love cooking it, I love sharing it, and I, most importantly, love eating it! As someone who wants to eat rich and not break the bank, I have figured out how to eat deliciously and affordably. In addition, I’ve figured out how to eat scrumptious meals all the time without having to spend hours in the kitchen. I hope you can take my meal prep ideas and quick, easy recipes into your own kitchen to inspire your own culinary wonders!
I have been involved in sports my whole life, but I could never figure out what exercise plan worked for me until now: I don’t have one! Doing the same thing over and over again gets boring, so I keep it fresh with different routines and I am in the best shape of my life. I want to share my active lifestyle, so that you can find what works for you!
Exploring every wonderful place on this incredible planet has always been a dream of mine and today I have decided I am going to do just that: I am going to be an explorer! Now, this doesn’t have to cost a lot and doesn’t have to be all over the world. I’m talkin’ road trips! Hopefully my crazy excursions and the things I learn along the way will help you take the leap to take that trip you’ve been holding off on!
